epc.Pacific partnered with Grocon to secure the rights to develop the new Government Services Office building in Dandenong, utilising Places Victoria controlled land within the Revitalised Central Dandenong Urban Renewal Precinct. We were the originating development partner and led the bid consortium to successfully securing the development rights from the Victorian Government.

The eight level environmentally sustainable building provided a flexible and efficient accommodation solution for the State Government, with design features including corner pocket atria connecting various departments vertically and an outdoor loggia and unique façade system.

The development incorporated social sustainability innovations and commitments visioned by epc.Pacific, including a ‘Retail Incubator’ concept. The project created in excess of $16 million for local companies and suppliers in the Dandenong area.
