epc.Pacific was appointed as Development Manager and Australian representative for the proposed $1.1 billion Dubai Towers project by Dubai Holdings subsidiary Sama Dubai. Whilst the project achieved in principal planning approval with design driven by Zaha Hadid and Foster Partner’s. What was one of the most compelling and exciting masterplans and designs ever produced in Australia was unfortunately aborted by Sama Dubai as a result of the GFC. The masterplan foundations our work uncovered live on through the development that is occurring in the precinct and surrounds.
