epc.Pacific formed an aligned partnership to develop an advanced Industrial Cold Store facility to the precise requirements of one of Australia’s larger logistics companies, Rand Transport.

Rand Transport is a wholly owned subsidiary of the ASX-listed Automotive Holdings Group Limited. Rand pre-committed to lease the highly specified facility for a term of 20 years. The $35 million development comprised 6,970sqm of modern cold storage, 1,090sqm of office space, 2,465sqm of additional lettable area and associated hardstand areas and has subsequently expanded by a further 6000sqm.

The building was designed and constructed to a high standard, focussing on a low maintenance, highly durable specialised accommodation solution for Rand Transport.

The property also includes 21,360sqm’s of future expansion land, which has already accommodated a further expansion of the facility.
