In 2006, epc.Pacific secured the development rights from VicUrban to what was then known as Site 2A, Docklands. epc.Pacific originated and visioned the project, securing the land and the pre-commitment from National Foods to occupy the twelve level PCA A-Grade building on an initial 10-year term. Following achieving the pre-commitment, epc.Pacific secured funding and development approvals prior to selling our interests in the project in 2007 prior to the GFC.
