ATO Dandenong is an award-winning urban landmark located within the Revitalised Central Dandenong Urban Renewal Precinct, designed, funded and developed by epc.Pacific.

We were chosen to evolve, lead and deliver both the State Government’s and ATO’s vision, following an extensive open market process involving a select group of Australia’s largest property companies. The $80 million environmentally sustainable building was delivered in collaboration with a broad range of project stakeholders including the Victorian State Government, Australian Taxation Office, City of Dandenong and our team of talented consultants, whom collectively visioned and created a ‘next generation’ office building that provides highly flexible workspace that will meet the modern accommodation requirements of the ATO.

The project realised a number of positive community outcomes including the employment of local contractors, apprentices, trainees, suppliers and long term unemployed whilst also being the first ATO building in Australia to achieve a 6 Star Greenstar rating.

Social and sustainable returns.
