Pacific Werribee is a prime and dominant regional shopping centre located within one of Australia’s fastest growing trade areas, Hoppers Crossing Victoria. The Pacific Group of Companies first purchased and redeveloped the greenfield site, into a 30,000sqm shopping centre in 1985.

Since opening, Pacific Werribee has undergone a number of redevelopments, with the most recent being a major $400 million expansion of the retail offer to 108,804sqm of gross lettable area.

In 2018, epc.Pacific, on behalf of PGOC, structured and engineered the sale of a 50% stake in the centre to QIC which valued the asset in excess of $1.1 billion. PGOC continue to hold a 50% stake in the property, with strategic asset management undertaken by epc.Pacific.
