London Stores is an iconic Melbourne heritage landmark consisting of three independent, yet integrated buildings located on what is arguably Melbourne’s most famous retail intersection, the Corner of Bourke Street Mall and Elizabeth Street, directly opposite Melbourne’s GPO.

Following the completion of a strategic asset plan, epc.Pacific recently completed a staged refurbishment to position the asset to attract and retain leading national and international tenancies. The first stage focussed on an extensive remodelling and upgrading of the retail podium (Basement, Ground and Level 1) and a collection of Australia’s strongest retailers were secured including Cotton On, Vodafone, Rebel Sport and Chemist Warehouse. epc.Pacific initiated discussions with WeWork to ultimately secure their long-term commitment to collaboratively rejuvenate and re-create the 6 upper levels of the building to become one of Melbourne’s most unique and appealing co share destinations. A historic landmark rejuvenated to a modern creative tech classic.
