Following detailed negotiations, we secured a new eight-year lease commitment from Dimension Data Australia P/L (a subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation) for the entire building.
The commitment was conditional on epc.Pacific completing building services upgrades and refurbishment works to an agreed specification and timeframe.
Through aggressive asset management and execution, asset value was substantially increased, with the property sold as part of a $120 million portfolio sale in 2013.
