Hampton Quarter – Construction Update

< Back to News

Our development team has been particularly busy as we work through the completion phase of the construction works.

Externally, the design is truly starting to express itself as the balustrade and façade elements add a new layer and depth to the external structures of each building. Our waved Glass Reinforced Concrete ” GRC” together with laser cut brass tone waved steel panelling that adorn the external facades are both already working together to create a recognisable landmark. The exo skeleton that will now start to be erected on areas of the northern facades will add even further depth and substance to our new village.

Internal works are well underway with joinery fit outs commencing through to the upper-levels, while bathroom and laundry tiling and fit offs are progressing on the lower levels.

Rooftop works on all four buildings have also begun with landscape works nearing completion. The stunning roof top infinity pool over looking the Bay is close to complete.

Public ground works including the implementation of new bus terminals, widening and beautification to Koolkuna Lane and the completion of a new station forecourt, are all well underway. Hampton Quarter is the creation of an entirely new village precinct, all evolving from and through our team’s vision and core competency in sustainable urban regeneration and partnerships.

Stay tuned for our completion announcement in early 2024.
