epc.Pacific has appointed Denton Corker Marshall (DCM) to lead the masterplan design and stage one building design for the future development of one of Cremorne’s most strategic land holdings.

Following a recent design competition amongst some of Australia’s most awarded design groups, DCM were selected to progress the masterplan and the stage one building through concept and schematic design, ready for a town planning application to be lodged in the first quarter of 2020.

Whilst announcing the appointment, Managing Director, Patrick Smith stated, “ We chose to run a design competition amongst some of Australia’s leading design groups as the site, location and area deserve a new interpretation of the modern workplace. All submissions were exceptional and sadly there could only be one selected designer. We are very excited about the DCM concept. ‘

‘With the most strategic landholding in Cremorne that is essentially the gateway to the precinct, we plan to create a new generation landmark. The masterplan and the stage one building have been carefully crafted and directed to capture the mood, fabric and substance that makes Cremorne a destination of great appeal to a growing demand of office occupiers. The design will be original, of substance and reflective of the DNA that makes Cremorne so appealing.”
