The Goods Shed, Docklands (VIC)
What we achieved
A former railway shed built in 1889, the redevelopment transformed the property to become a fully functioning, environmentally accredited, character building incorporating 5,900 sqm of PCA A grade office and retail accommodation.
It was Victoria’s first heritage listed building to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Office Design v2, 6 Star Green Star Office Interiors v1.1 rating and 5 Star Green Star Office As Built v2 rating and 4.5 Star NABERS Energy rating.
The project was 90% pre-leased to Places Victoria and the Victorian Building Commission and was completed early 2010.
epc were the originating development partner, driving the development and project marketing prior to selling our project interests in 2009.
