South East Stadium Precinct (VIC)

What we achieved

EPC, along with its consortium partners Cbus Property and ISPT, secured the rights to develop the $700 million South East Stadium Precinct from Places Victoria in 2008.

The mixed use development comprises over 110,000 sqm of commercial PCA A-grade office accommodation with improved stadium access, car parking and retail amenity for visitors and the local community.

In 2010 the project successfully secured NAB for a 60,000 sqm campus office, which was completed in 2013 and 46,500 sqm for Medibank, completed in 2014.
