What we achieved
In 2006, EPC secured the development rights from VicUrban to Site 2A of Docklands. EPC secured the land, tenant and all contractual commitment to effect project financial close.
epc achieved the pre-commitment from National Foods for 14,500 sqm of office accommodation for a 10 year term which then secured project viability and funding.
The development comprised of 17,000 sqm of PCA A-grade office accommodation over 12 levels, in a 4 Star Green Star and 4 Star NABER’s rated building, with over 220 cars and 1,500 sqm of retail space.
