What we achieved.
epc.Pacific is developing a new $80 million 6 star Green Star, 5 Star NABERS office building to be occupied by the Australian Taxation Office. The building is located within the Revitalised Central Dandenong urban renewal precinct.
We have successfully developed strong, collaborative and open working relationships with all stakeholders to vision and create a ‘next generation’ office building that provides highly flexible workspace.
The project is set to realise a number of positive community outcomes including the employment of local contractors, apprentices, trainees, suppliers and long term unemployed.
epc.Pacific was awarded the development rights for the land and secured a 15 year pre-commitment from the ATO.
In August 2013, epc.Pacific pre-sold the building to Cromwell Property Group who will take ownership following practical completion. The entire project is being managed internally by epc.Pacific.
