What we acheived

epc.Pacific constructed a value add investment strategy for the B grade office building located in a prime inner city location. Following detailed negotiations, we secured a new eight year lease commitment from Dimension Data Australia P/L (a subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation) for the entire building.

The commitment was conditional on epc.Pacific completing building services upgrades to an agreed specification and timeframe.

Through aggressive asset management and execution, asset value was substantially increased, with Cromwell Property Group purchasing the property as part of a portfolio sale in 2013.
